Cr-Si-V alloy special steel, with working hardness of 360-550 HB while retaining good impact strength.

Uses: Plates subject to wear, armour plates, lining plates, impact plates, baffle plates, hammers, and grate bars


AUDURIT 26

Special steel with high nickel content and reduced carbon content, to increase toughness under dynamic loading.

Uses: Hammer shafts, knives, doctor blades and special screws

Uses: Hammers and blow bars


AUDURIT 50A

Ni-Cr-Mo alloy steel, with operating hardness 520-560 HB while retaining good impact strength, and having very good abrasive wear resistance.

Uses: Hammers and blow bars


AUDURIT 60

Ni-Cr-Mo-V alloy steel with working hardness 400-560 HB while retaining good impact strength.

Uses: Hammers and anvils.


AUDURIT 60A

Ni-Cr-Mo-V alloy special steel with high nickel content (c. 3%) and high carbon content, resulting in hardness up to 560 HB, and very high impact strength.

Uses: Hammers and blow bars


AUDURIT 155

Chrome alloy steel (Cr 12-14%) with carbon content approx. 1.6%. Preferred for parts which are subject to highly abrasive conditions.

Uses: Hammers


AUDUCUT 45

Ni-Cr-Mo-V alloy special steel with high nickel content and lower carbon content, for knives and doctor blades subjected to high stresses.

Uses: Knives and doctor blades


MANDURIT 120

Manganese hard steel with Mn content 12-14%, having good resistance to high pressure and heavy impacts. Possibility of surface hardening to hardness of approx. 200-500 HB.

Uses: Hammers and blow bars
